- Customer is required to return ONU modem provided by CBN at the end of service termination. Any damage to equipment caused by customer's negligence or mishandling during subscription period, or failure to return it upon termination, customer is subjected to Rp. 1.000.000,- Penalty Fee
- Delivery time 7 working days (after completing Registration Form and submitting Registration Fee)
- Customer is required to sign a minimum of one-year-contract with CBN; payment is due every month
- All prices are valid within JAKARTA only and subjected to 10% VAT. For pricing outside Jakarta, please kindly contact CBN Regional Offices at your cities. Contact information can be found at "Contact Us".
Note :
Setup fee covers as follow:
- 1 (one) unit of Optical Network Unit (ONU) modem is provided throughout subscription period at no cost
- Up to 25 meters of Fiber Optic patch cord installation to your termination point (switch / hub / router)
- Aditional cable usage: Rp. 25.000,-/meter (optic cable)
General Facilities & Options:
- Android-based Dens.TV Family Smart Box is available at Rp 45.000.-/unit/month with max. up to 2 (two) boxes/user
- FREE 1 (one) mailbox account, @ 50 MB (e.q. yourName@cbn.net.id)
o Additional mailbox: Rp 20.000,-/mailbox/month
o Additional mailbox space capacity: Rp 10.000,-/10 MB/month - FREE 20 (twenty) hours/month of CBN WiFi (5 Mbps) at all CBN WiFi Locations
o Additional hotspot usage: Rp 160,-/minute - Supported by 24/7 online CBN Customer Care Specialist
- Optional Technical Support Visit for non-CBN-related network issue is subjected to Rp 150.000,-/visit
